Mission Statement
The The Encino Neighborhood Council (ENC) Youth Committee’s mission is to give a voice to Encino youths, engaging them in civic decision-making and community outreach & service. The Youth Committee addresses concerns that are important to young people in Encino, devises strategies to educate and involve them in local governance, and works with the ENC, the City Council, local schools, and community stakeholders to ensure the voices of the next generation are heard.
